A management graduate educated in a liberal arts tradition will think critically, analyze complex processes, evaluate important issues and work collaboratively in a team setting. Students who major in Management will thoroughly understand the functions of management (planning, organizing, leading, controlling) in large and small, for profit and not-for-profit enterprises. Students in the online Business Management program are prepared to function as creative, dynamic, morally responsible leaders in a global society. NDC’s business faculty strives to foster the ongoing development of the uppermost standards of personal integrity and the attainment of educational excellence through a challenging course of studies. Graduates of the program will be educated in a liberal arts tradition to think critically, to evaluate important issues and to analyze complex processes with a commitment to respect the earth and all people. They will be ready to move into their chosen career field, to continue with graduate studies or to enter professional programs such as law or public administration.
Students can begin their education in the Fall, Spring or Summer semester. Online learning is the perfect complement to a busy work schedule or social and familial commitments.
NDC admits students who demonstrate the potential for outstanding scholarship and a commitment to integrity. Admissions decisions are made on a case-by-case basis upon completion of an admissions interview and review of previous coursework. A minimum overall GPA of 2.5 is required for full admission to Notre Dame College. Notre Dame College requires the following from each student seeking admission to associate degree programs:

- Official final high school transcript stating date of graduation
- Official transcripts from all college level coursework
- Admissions interview
Academic transcripts must be submitted to Notre Dame College directly by the issuing school in order to be considered official.
