Part I: Top Scholarships for RN to BSN Online Students

Female nurse at a desk

BSN-prepared nurses are in high demand across the nation. One way employers, organizations and the government are encouraging students to build on their credentials through continued education is by offering substantial nursing scholarships to lighten the financial burden of a nursing degree. All scholarships are not created equal, however. Many include specific eligibility requirements that can keep you from earning much needed financial support. In this two part series, we will present a brief overview of scholarships available to nursing students in order to make a nursing degree more affordable. In part one of the series, we will discuss general scholarships that are open to all nursing students and that can be applied towards an RN to BSN online program.
