NDC Teacher Education Programs – 100% State Licensure Pass Rate

From September 1, 2012 through August 31, 2013, all students at Notre Dame College who took the Ohio teacher licensure exam passed. Wherever you’re at in your teaching career, Notre Dame College can help you take it further. NDC offers online education degrees at the bachelor’s and master’s levels, as well as an online Ohio licensure program.

Bachelor of Education

Choose between concentrations in early childhood education (ECE) or mild to moderate intervention specialization (MMIS). Graduates of the ECE program are prepared to teach pre-K through third grade in the state of Ohio. The MMIS program provides Ohio state licensure for grades K through 12.

Master of Education

Add specialized endorsements to your degree. Choose from concentrations in MMIS, reading, technology facilitation or educational leadership. Give your students the best education possible by continuing yours.

Teacher Education Evening Licensure (TEEL)

Earn your Ohio state teaching license is as little as 18 months. NDC offers licensure programs in the following areas:

  • Middle childhood (Grades 4–9)
  • Adolescent or young adult (Grades 7–12)
  • Visual arts (pre-K through Grade 12)
